For the common market Cook let follow an edition of smaller format, partly worked together with his son, in 1806-09.

and friend of Gottfried August Bürger’s, from 1794-1835, not least for their side-correctness partly even preferred to Hogarth’s own engravings, to which
Lichtenberg’s texts becoming part of the immortal Hogarth
were added as well as sheets from numerous other editions of medium and smaller size including lithographs with in most cases extensive German subtext à la Lichtenberg.
