Circular (12170) of the Imperial and Royal District Authority Graz, Concerning the certification of the migration passports to Trieste and Fiume. Given Graz July 30, 1818. No place + printer, (1818). Sm. fol. 1 sheet. With printed signature of Franz Edler von Werner and Michael Kaltenegger. Framing-fine broadsheet . – With reference to the public notice of June 17, 1818, and according to court decree of May 31, 1818, concerning the two cities’ position as free ports and that “consequently all migration passports issued thither are subject to the certification by the district authorities and the recruiting offices”. Together correcting two mistakes in the previous circular. – At the back written note slightly showing through though not impairing the type face.
