Johann Elias Ridinger (Ulm 1698 – Augsburg 1767). The entrance of a Wolf Park. In moonlit thick forest place surrounded by high palisades with the wolf at the dead sheep, fuming with venom at the second one halting at the leap-off point. Etching + engraving. (1729.) Marvelous impression of also most finely wide margins: 3.5-6 cm above + below, 8.5-9.5 cm laterally, besides in the outer part, particularly below and right slightly fox-spotted. Isolated tiniest tears in the lower margin backed acid-freely.
